[cdwg] OpenSFS CDWG Notes for 6/22/11 and next call (tomorrow!)

Hi all,

Attached are the notes from the last Community Development Working Group conference call held on June 22nd. Our next call is this Wednesday, July 6th, at 9am Pacific (Call-in: 866-914-3976 (925-424-8105) Passcode: 534986#).

The single action item from the last call was for me to talk to "key" stake holders about supporting the CDWG's position that it will take funding to support a canonical release. I have not done this yet. Furthermore, since the "key" stake holders are primarily the OpenSFS board, I'm considering getting on the board's agenda to discuss the CDWG recommendation.

Agenda:
o  Lustre mirror status
o  Plan for a "deep-dive" developers session
o  Open discussion
