[cdwg] White paper on the website

I just wanted to let you know about some updates that have been recently made to the OpenSFS website.  I have added the CDWG white-paper (on the front page side-bar and in the resource tab), please check it out - and send feedback through this list-serve or the short survey I posted with the white paper.  On another note - if you would like, for reference, the TWG slides from their presentations today are posted in the resource tab as well.
