[cdwg] Lustre 2.4 update - April 26th 2013

Hello,

Is there more detail about the new stable e2fsprogs?  Is there a README or
published changelog for e2fsprogs like there is for Lustre?

Nevertheless, Cray will restart 2.4 testing with the new e2fsprogs package.
