[cdwg] New OpenSFS Powerpoint template

Hi all,

Please see the note below from Jesse Casman (jcasman at oppkey.com) regarding a new OpenSFS Powerpoint template he has worked up for us. 

This is Jesse Casman, helping out a little with OpenSFS marketing materials. Pam is looking to spruce up the basic OpenSFS PowerPoint template that OpenSFS participants use at LUG, ISC, SC and other meetings throughout the year. Just stepping it up a notch.
Enclosed is a PDF that shows the basic idea. Just a little cleaner and echoing the new website. Nothing too crazy.
(Note the fonts used for the presentation title, etc., probably won't be so fancy in a normal PPT when you're restricted to using fonts from your own computer.) 

Looking to get comments - high level, small details - by end of day tomorrow, Friday, Feb 21.
