[cdwg] Community Tree contract requirements

Hi all,

I've started a page on the OpenSFS wiki to capture our requirements for the Lustre Community Tree Development contract refresh. Please take a look and feel free to update:

We'll begin discussions on this week's call. John Fuchs-Chesney is working things from Intel's side. John stated in an email to me that they are drafting "an amendment 'template' for the contract, which we can mutually use -- Intel will want to make some changes to put the assignment on record, and also to propose a small change to the indemnification section, to align with Intel standards. We are anticipating that we can then send you the amendment template, and you'll be able to incorporate the contract changes you want to propose, and we can proceed from there."
