[cdwg] SLES11 SP3

I don't think that it is official yet.  Cray is a part of the SuSE beta
program, which is how we've been working with it so far.  Based on our
experience there I do expect it to release soon.  In fact it looks like
the documentation page at https://www.suse.com/documentation/sles11
specifically mentions "SP3" now, so I imagine it can't be too far away.
