[cdwg] Plea for contract requirements for maintenance branch(es)

Everyone,

Given the lack of responses, this will not be discussed in the CDWG call 
tomorrow.

I consider the SFS-MAINT-001 modifications on hold until I get clear, 
specific guidance (specific contract wording is highly desired) about 
what you folks want to see changed.
