[cdwg] Lustre 2.4.0 released

We are pleased to announce that the Lustre 2.4.0 Release has been declared GA and is available for download<http://downloads.whamcloud.com/public/lustre/latest-feature-release/> . You can also grab the source from git<http://git.whamcloud.com/?p=fs/lustre-release.git;a=commit;h=d3f91c45ec56329c52ff1f15bc56d38f5fe9cf7c>

The major release includes a number of new features including:

DNE Phase 1 (LU-1187<https://jira.hpdd.intel.com/browse/LU-1187>)
Network Request Scheduler (LU-398<https://jira.hpdd.intel.com/browse/LU-398>)
ZFS Support(LU-1305<https://jira.hpdd.intel.com/browse/LU-1305>) see zfsonlinux.org<http://zfsonlinux.org/> for details on how to build this option
