[cdwg] 2.5 Code Freeze in effect

Hi there

Just a reminder that master is presently subject to code freeze ahead of the 2.5.0 release targeted for release at the end of this month.

This means that at present only two kinds of landings are permitted

  1.  Fixes for issues considered to be blockers for the release (see https://jira.hpdd.intel.com/issues/?filter=10661)
  2.  Fixes that affect tests/man pages only

We will branch b2_5 in the near future (probably in the next 1-2 weeks) at which point master will reopen for all landings (including features) ahead of the 2.6 release.
