[cdwg] 2.6 Release Jira Tickets and Link to 2.6 Test Plan

Per our discussion in the call yesterday, you will find the link to the list of Jira tickets currently flagged for the 2.6 Release in priority order and the 2.6 Test Plan attached. I was not able to get the link to work on the OpenSFS site, so my apologies for that.
Please reply with your top 3-5 tickets you would like to see included in 2.6, and we will prioritize these in the next meeting and determine who has availability to work on the tickets that are prioritized.
