[Comswg] Colors, applied to site design, draft 1

Hi All,

Here's a first attempt at showing the impact of a few different colors
on the current site design, along with a larger logo in that color.

We're hoping you can vote for your preference. Please respond by the
end of Thursday, if possible.

Hopefully everyone can open ppt files.

Let me know if changes are needed. The colors are three from the
suggested options by Shay. The mockups shown aren't necessarily how
they will end up looking in this site design.. we could always
darken/lighten as needed.
