Hello Communication Working Group,
Sorry for the delay in these e-mails.

What happened this week:
	-Lots of updates to the website - 
			-2 sidebars for the Communication Working Group
			-1 sidebar for the nomination of the Community Director Board Seat position. 
			- We added a page to the website with information on how to nominate candidates
	-Community Call date/time change - the new call is every other wednesday (tomorrow Aug 3rd) at 1:15pm pacific
	-Created survey's for the CDWG White paper and Lustre training course (on homepage & side-bars and e-mailed out to group)

Current Projects:
	-I am working with Jeff and Umesh to create the web-cast capabilities for the deep dive talks.  The web-cast will be free to view but the participant must register to participate in the event, while viewing they can ask questions via blog roll, which at the end of the presenter's talk and the audience's questions I will ask for the at-home viewer (or we can set it up so the presenter can see a computer with the questions being asked from participants at home).
	-Creating a Registration page for the Deep Dive talks - On September 1st we will have the registration page for SC'11 up and running.
	-Our RFP turned into a contract and has been signed by all parties - yay!  So as soon as we have PR, that will be posted on the website and sent out to the community, announcing the contract parties and the finalization of OpenSFS's first RFP process.
	-PR for SC'11, creating a "year at a glance" and a "how-to-join" pamphlet for handouts at SC'11.  

Projects I need help on:
	-I need feedback from the execs on how each executive organization wants to be represented at SC'11 at the OpenSFS booth.  We want to have 4 poster boards like we did last year, but we need more feedback from the execs on how they want to contribute to these boards, what we want them to look like and what we want our message for the next year to be.
