[Twg] draft twg slides for OpenSFS info meeting

Hi all,

At the info meeting next week, the TWG will have 10 mins to introduce the working group.  Attached are slides I put together to highlight what I think are our goals (based on conversations with Galen Shipman and Dave Wallace).

Please let me know if you think we need to make any changes.  Also note that the time for the meeting on Tuesday is still TBD.
