[Twg] Working group pages on the website

A wiki interface would make it easier for the groups to update the pages without overloading Shay with edit nits.

I have just created 3 working group pages for TWG,SWG,RPWG.  Please e-mail me con-call dates/times and media resources (slides, white papers etc.) so that I can post them on the website.  Let me know what I can do to make your site useful to you and your working group.
