I think the plan has been to wait until after the informational meeting at SC'10 where Dave Dillow and I will be presenting an overview of the twg. (I will send the draft slides shortly.) I have reserved a meeting room at SC for the afternoon of Thursday 11/18 for an initial twg meeting and have arranged for a conference phone to be in the room for people not able to attend in person (the time is still tbd). My hope is that we will be able to discuss a regular meeting at that time. How many of the current twg members will be at the conference? What is a good time on Thursday?
