I looked around and in fact do not have any of the TSP HLD/DLD design checklists.  IIRC they were kept on the Lustre internal wiki, and I couldn't find any of them attached to bugzilla, only Sun "process review" checklists for things like who will support the feature, if it was tested, etc.

https://bugzilla.lustre.org/attachment.cgi?id=19272 is one such example, but this isn't really what I was looking for.
