[Twg] TWG meeting 8/4 CANCELLED

My sincerest apologies, but neither Dave nor I will be available this week to chair the TWG meeting this Thursday, 8/4.  Andreas Dilger had proposed two agenda items for this meeting: NRS follow-up and test harness discussion.  Andreas has agreed to postpone these topics until next week.

Our next TWG meeting is now scheduled for 8/11.
