[Twg] PAC nominations

The Technical Working Group is seeking a community member to serve on
the Project Approval Committee for our development contract with
Whamcloud.

PAC duties are expected to be relatively light; there will be a weekly
meeting with the contractor that members are welcome, but not required,
to attend. The Technical Representative, in conjunction with Whamcloud,
will provide meeting notes to the PAC, with most discussion occurring
over email. There is currently an element of document review as the
projects are in their early phases, but this should be reduced as
implementation work gets underway.

If you are interested, or you know someone that is, please send a note
to the TWG reflector, or to myself or John Carrier. The deadline for
nominations is 9:30am PDT this Thursday, September 16th.

Nominees are encouraged to attend the TWG call at that time; they will
be given the opportunity to speak if they desire. Voting by OpenSFS
members will begin after the meeting, with instructions to follow.
