[Twg] PAC voting

We are fortunate to have two well-qualified candidates for the Community
position on the OpenSFS/Whamcloud Project Approval Committee. Both Ercan
Kamber from RAID Inc, and Joshua Walgenbach from Indiana University have
stepped up and offered their service.

Each OpenSFS member institution should take a moment and submit their
preference in filling this position to Shay Seager at
ssseager at gmail.com. Please have your votes in by 5pm PST on Tuesday,
September 20th so that we may secure Board approval and announce the
results during the TWG meeting September 22nd.
