[Twg] no twg meeting 8/16/2012

No new topics and will not have a TWG call this week.

Dave and I have still not received any feedback from the board on the TWG's recommendations for new features, which we submitted at the end of May.   We have stated our concern that their delay may prevent our completing an RFP this summer in order to be able to announce an award at SC12 this November.    We'll keep you posted.

Also, we are in the process of assembling a PAC for the IU contract.  We'll be sending more info as the project moves forward.
