[Twg] no TWG today

There will be no TWG call today.

In fact, unless there is an urgent agenda item to cover, we will not have any TWG calls for the rest of December, which will allow the TWG-RFP group to focus on completing the RFP this month.

Please let Dave and me know if you have any important topics to discuss.  Otherwise, we'll meet again after the first of the year.
