[Twg] RFP status?

Could we please get an update on what is going on with the RFP?  Is it 
going to be released soon?

If it is not going to be released soon, can we set a target date for 
ourselves?  Here's my high-level summary of the process thus far:

Nov  2011 (maybe earlier) - Begin planning RFP
June 2012 - Completed list of items to include in RFP
Nov  2012 - ???
Nov  2013 - Profit :)
