We have largely completed the full RFP package, the technical descriptions have been completed as well as sample statements of work and proposal preparation instructions. We are finalizing review of a sample contract and review criteria now. I expect that the RFP package will be complete by sometime next week. The one outstanding item however is finalizing the OpenSFS budget. I have been working with our Treasurer to get this budget completed and the BOD is scheduled to discuss this on Tuesday and I hope that we will have at least a high-level budget that can be agreed upon very soon. Andreas you are correct. Things have been moving slowly but I believe we are closing in on releasing the RFP.
