[Twg] no TWG meeting 1/10/2013

There will be no TWG meeting this week.



FYI. The RFP team made good progress before the holiday break, thanks to Galen's leadership.  We're close to sending the final doc to the board for approval.  We expect the board to move quickly on the package.  We'll let you know more as we get additional info.



Please send topics for future TWG meetings to the reflector.
