[Twg] no TWG meeting today (1/24/2013)

There will be no TWG meeting today.  I've not heard from Dave and don't have any topics for today's meeting.

The RFP team is waiting for feedback from the Board on our documents.  We'll let you know as soon as we get the okay to publish the docs.
