[Twg] Call for presenters/Meeting agena

All,

I apologize it's taken me a coupe of weeks to get this message out. I
talked to Dave briefly and he said there was a bit of a backlog of folks
who could present during a TWG meeting -- anyone interested in talking at
the next call? Has anything interesting happened since the last meeting
before SC? I think there's likely something good to discuss.

I am looking at scheduling a call for either 2-27 or 3-6. Preliminary
agenda would include (welcome more topics!)

NRE 1 contract update (SFS-DEV-001) - Hill
NRE 3 contract update  - Simms
Requirements gathering step? (Note I'm mostly unfamiliar with past work
but want to move this forward)
Q & A
