[cdwg] OpenSFS.org CDWG page link to wiki

Hi,

http://www.opensfs.org/get-involved/community-development-working-group doesn't contain a link to http://wiki.opensfs.org/Community_Development_Working_Group, whereas the OpenSFS TWG page does contain a link to its wiki.

Chris, do you have an account and permissions to edit the page?  If not, how do we request and update?
