[cdwg] New OpenSFS PowerPoint template

Pam & Jesse,

I realized last night that these templates don't define slide layout masters, which makes managing slide sets and updating formats much easier.

Since I didn't see any other template updates sent to the reflectors, I have taken a shot at creating OpenSFS slide masters as I prepare my slides for next week.   Has anyone else mentioned this?   

If there is interest, I can publish my updated template.

In keeping with OpenSFS' new look and feel from our web site, I asked Jesse Casman (Thanks, Jesse!) to put together a new PowerPoint template using the theme. The new template is attached. Please use it for any OpenSFS LUG presentations you might be putting together.
