[cdwg] Lustre LID & doxygen

CDWG,

There is a bunch of (old) internals docs at wiki.lustre.org that I think 
we should update and move to wiki.opensfs.org and/or lustre.opensfs.org. 
  Specifically, I'm thinking of the LID, Lustre Internals: A Gentle 
Introduction, Understanding Lustre Filesystem Internals [1.8.x], and the 
doxygen:

How should we go about any of this?  Can we simple mirror the info as it

CDWG agenda?
