[cdwg] DATE CHANGE for next OpenSFS CDWG call

Hi folks,

I will be on an airplane at the time of the next scheduled CDWG call.  I 
plan to move the call time to _Thursday_, March 13.  Same time, 9am PDT 
(note the change to Daylight Savings time too, for those not in the US!)
