[Twg] RFP statement of work

Hi all,

We have put the statement of work for the RFP on our website.  You can find the following description here:

OpenSFS has awarded the contract for its first Lustre development RFP to Whamcloud.  The Statement of Work<http://www.opensfs.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/OpenSFS-Contract-Final-2011-07-29-Article11.pdf> covers the first three projects described in the RFP<http://www.opensfs.org/?page_id=149>.    Dave Dillow is the board-appointed technical representative for the project and will lead the Project Approval Committee (PAC) composed of members from the technical working group (TWG).    The PAC will make regular updates to the community as the contract progresses.
