[Twg] no TWG meeting today

Dave is forming the project advisory committee from members of the TWG.  The PAC and structure of the projects are described in the SOW that was published yesterday on OpenSFS.org.    Since we haven't given people enough time to review the document for today's call, we are canceling the meeting for this week.  We will discuss the SOW and take nominations for the open position on the PAC next week (Thursday 9/1).
