Dave and I have been using google docs to revise the requirements document that we reviewed at the last TWG meeting.  With the link below, you should be able to view our new version and all updates:

There are still a number of "incomplete requirements" at the end of the document.  We will remove this section and send the final doc to the board on Tuesday.  Please complete your review and send us your comments by the close of business Monday.
